Umanjenje iznosa pri samoj kupovini u našoj radnji nije moguće.
Povrat PDV iznosa vrši se nakon što kupac predoči ovjerenu originalnu carinsku dokumentaciju od strane carinskih organa BIH o prijavljivanju/napuštanju robe izvan teritorije BIH. Rok za ostvarivanje prava povrata PDV-a iznosi 90 dana, od dana izdavanja računa.
